LiAngelo Ball, born on November 24, 1998, in Anaheim, California, is a name synonymous with basketball prowess and the Ball family legacy. As the middle child of LaVar and Tina Ball, LiAngelo was introduced to the game at a young age, inheriting his family's passion and talent for basketball.

LiAngelo's journey to basketball stardom began during his high school years at Chino Hills High School in California. Alongside his brothers, Lonzo and LaMelo, LiAngelo formed a formidable trio, capturing national attention with their electrifying performances on the court. LiAngelo's scoring ability and sharpshooting skills quickly earned him a reputation as a prolific scorer and a threat from beyond the arc.

In 2017, LiAngelo committed to play college basketball for the UCLA Bruins, following in the footsteps of his older brother Lonzo. However, his college career was short-lived, as he withdrew from UCLA after being involved in a highly publicized shoplifting incident during a team trip to China. Despite this setback, LiAngelo remained undeterred in his pursuit of a professional basketball career.

Turning his attention to the international stage, LiAngelo joined his younger brother LaMelo in Lithuania to play for Prienai-Birstonas Vytautas in the Lithuanian Basketball League. Together, the Ball brothers showcased their talents and attracted global media attention, further solidifying their status as rising stars in the basketball world.

Following his stint in Lithuania, LiAngelo declared for the 2018 NBA Draft but went undrafted. However, his basketball journey did not end there. In the JBA, LiAngelo continued to showcase his scoring ability and leadership on the court, earning recognition as one of the league's top players.

In 2019, LiAngelo received an opportunity to showcase his skills in the NBA Summer League, where he joined the Los Angeles Lakers. Although his time with the Lakers was brief, LiAngelo's performance demonstrated his potential and fueled his determination to earn a spot on an NBA roster.
